The school brings together nine fields of knowledge — nutrition, genetics, nutrigenetics, nutrigenomics, epigenetics, metabolism, physiology, behaviour and coaching — into one coherent learning space.

Nutrition science is a discipline of nuance. Findings depend on study design, population and context — and rarely translate directly into a rule for everyone.

So we teach method rather than recipes: how to read a study, what an association means, and where evidence ends and interpretation begins.
